SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products can only be shipped in the USA. We send all of our packages through USPS. Each package is fully insured through USPS. Upon ordering, you are welcome to request uninsured shipping via email or Instagram DM. If you chose to ship uninsured, Honest Jewelers will not be held liable for any delays or damages caused to your order once dropped off at the post office. All customers who order from the website will receive an email detailing tracking information once their package is shipped. Our order processing time is 2-5 business days. If your order's processing time must exceed the stated time frame, we will reach out to you with details and, if needed, other potential options for delivering your order to you. Do not hesitate to reach out to us with any additional inquiries about our shipping process!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you find that our product does not work out for you, you may ship it back to us within 5 days of the package's delivery to you. We offer full refunds for undamaged items if shipped back to us within the previously stated 5 day period. If an item gets damaged after arrival, we unfortunately can not issue refunds. In-person sales are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your purchase gets bent out of shape (as well-loved jewelry sometimes does!), feel free to reach out to us with repair/cleaning questions! We do offer one free cleaning within 6 months of your purchase of the item, and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not liable if the product gets lost in the mail on its way to or from us for cleaning.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns; we want to help you to rest easy and enjoy your purchase!

PRIVACY & PAYMENT POLICY

All customer information is completely confidential. It is not and will not under any circumstance be sold to any companies or entities. Honest Jewelers does not store payment information, nor are we able to access account numbers or details. We highly value and honor your privacy! Payment methods include credit card, debit card, and PayPal. If an order is returned and requires a refund, the refunded amount will be loaded back into onto the card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Some methods of payment may take longer to process and reload refunded amounts than others. Please reach out to us with any further questions about our privacy & payment policies if needed!
